Suddenly end users at my company can not access the reports via Teams. The message that they get asks them to upgrade to pro license. The report is located in premium capacity workspace (EM1), so the Pro license should not be required, also they were able to see report few hours ago.
This behaivor is really strange:
1. Few hours ago they were able to access the reports via Teams, but suddenly they get this message.
2. They can still access some older reports via Teams that are also in the premium capacity workspace
3. If the report that they can still access is re-added as a new Teams tab then they get the same message, however the old tab still works for them.
4. Some free users can access the reports, some can't altough they all have same licenses and access rights.
How can I fix it? It is really critical for my company that the reports are accessible via Teams and this has to be solved ASAP
I have the same setup (EM1 license and I am power pro)and my end users are also having the same problem. I have shared with them via teams and sharepoint. They can no longer see the reports unless they are power bi pro.
