I need help. A colleague of mine shared an report which is not opening properly at my account. See report: Has anyone an idea?

First you can let your colleague check the following items:
1. Check whether RLS exists.
2. Have administrators turned off the function of sharing reports? If your tenant admin has disabled shareable links to People in your organization, you can only copy and share links to Specific people or People with existing access.
3. Whether the sharer and the sharer use another organization, and whether both are PRO licenses or above.
4.If you have reshare permissions to the report , but you do not have reshare permissions to the report’s underlying data, your shareable links will not give access to the underlying data.
5. Can you share error screenshots.
