Share app with user

I have published an app with the new 'Audience' functionality.

For some reasons, people in my organisation cannot see the app in the list of apps under 'organizational apps'.  Only when I give them acces to the workspace they are able to see and install the app. But then the audience functionality becomes useless because people with acces to the workspace can see all audiences automatically.

How is this supposed to work?

TLDR:

- if I give people workspace acces they can install the app but also see all 'audience tabs' within the app

- if I dont give them workspace acces they are unable to install/find the app.

Hi @Tweeg ,

Pls try to adjust the user permission in your workspace.

App consumers can only see the content based on the access permissions for their respective audience groups. Consumers who have access to multiple audience groups see group tabs on the top bar to switch between different audience views easily. For example, if the user is part of both product team and sales team groups, they will see three view tabs, as shown in the following image. By default, consumers see the All tab view, which is a consolidated view showing all content that they have access to. App consumers can browse different audience group tabs to see the content for each group.

That is an option, but that way you push it to all users. I would like users to be able to install it themselves.
