I have several workspaces and publishing to most of them works as usual. However, with a couple of the apps, where the new app UI experience has been installed, when I try to publish from the workspace, the report is not appearing in the app, even though there are no error messages. Any suggestions as this is causing severe disruption?

In the new App experience this is the default when adding new content to an existing App. The Content is added with the visibility set as "hidden" for all Audiences. You have to go and "turn on" visibility (click on the eye icon) for each Audience you wnt to see the content.
