Refresh time doubled in last couple days

Has anyone else seen their refresh time significantly increase this week?  We have a few that usually take 15min that are all taking 30+min.  Others that are 20-30min are now an hour.  Seems like overnight everything is taking 2X-3X as long without any significant changes to the dataset.  We're running on a P1 Capacity I believe.

Any thoughts? Today is looking just as bad as yesterday.

It's happened to me before without much of an answer as to why and then went back to normal after a few days.

Check your Capacity Usage reporting to see if you've had any significant CPU overloading recently.

I don't see any CPU overloading recently...nothing out of the ordinary at least.  The capacity app reporting is terribly slow and doesn't really give you that much usable information in my opinion.
