Refresh failing on service, certificate error when dashboard is published in Powerbi service

Hi Team,

Having a frustrating issue. Refreshing works fine on the Desktop version of  my PBIX file but when I publish this on the service the auto refresh fails. saying the error certifiate expire.

Error details: "A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The received certificate has expired.)"

Could you please help in this.

Thanks in advance,

This seems to be a rather popular issue with SQL server database connections lately.  Did your data source always give this error, or was it working before?
