Quick Insights Is Giving an Error

Hi,

I have a report with an Excel file as the data source. When I publish the report to the Service, there is no option for quick insights when selecting the dataset.

Does this feature work with Power BI reports connected to Excel?

Thanks,

DK

Hi @DavidKett,

Quick Insights does support dataset connecting to Excel.

Some datasets can't generate Quick Insights because the data isn't statistically significant. To learn more, see Optimize your data for Power BI Quick Insights

Besides, you could share your pbix file so that I can test whether this dataset can generate Quick Insights in my environment.
