Pro Users prompted to upgrade to Premium when attempting to view reports in App

Hi There,

I am new to Power BI. I have created apps using Premium and distibuted them to Pro users (same tenancy). When they open the app, and click on a report they are prompted to upgrade to premium and they are unable to view the reports in the App. I am fairly sure I have applied permissions correctly, am I missing something?

Thanks

Hi Woody,

My guess is you are using Premium-Per-User for your workspace.

If you are only sharing to Pro users, switch the license mode to Pro.
If you want to share to Free users, you need Premium per capacity.

Let me know if this is the case.
