Premium-Per-User / Not possible to add a subscriber to paginated report?

Hello,

I have the following situation:

- A user A in the Power BI tenant with the PBI Premium-Per-User licence has created a premium workspace and a paginated report

- A user B added to the tenant as a *guest user* - the user has a PBI Premium-Per-User allocated to his *original* account

When trying to add the user B as a subscriber to the paginated report of user A, the error message appears: "users or groups can only be subscribed to reports or dashboards backed by Premium capacity".

Why is this not working? Both users have Premium-per-User licence and based on Microsoft documentation this should be supported:

Additionally, I've tried adding the User B to the workspace. The user is added, but when he (User B) logs in to Power BI, he doesn't see the workspace at all.

Hi @Anonymous 

As far as I am aware for paginated reports for subscriptions this is ONLY for Premium App workspaces and NOT premium per user.

I tried this now and this is the error I got after trying to add an external user to a subscription
