PowerBi Service monitoring

Hello there,

I am a powerbi site administrator.  But i am not able to see my colleague's drive usage, workspaces or what reports have they published.  Is there a way to be able to do this?  if so, what permissions do i need?

@gco Your best bet as an administrator is to become familiar with the audit logs in O365 and learn how to pull what you need from the Admin API's. (I've done that via Postman for ad hoc analysis) - They will give you a much more robust idea of what is happening in the environment. If you have a Premium license, there is a Power BI Premium Capacity App that delves into more metrics. As of right now, there isn't a great "admin"

Thanks for the info.  I think that is one of the pieces i was missing too.  I was only given PowerBI site administrator access and not 0365.  I will request for access from our O365 admin and follow your advice.
