HI All,
My organization has purchased Power BI in premium capacity recently (one day when i logged in i saw a message). I currently am on extended pro trial that expires in 95 days. Currently i have about 10 people consuming a dashboard i have in place (none of us have a pro license its only Me who has an extended trial) but they are all able to use the reports and work on them as desired, after my trial expires will my end users still be able to view/use the dashboard? (since our org has purchased premium license) If not, how do i go about purchasing say 10 pro licenses for our team? Its a very large organization and i have no idea who has an O365 admin account to subscribe for prower BI pro for us. I need to buy pro licenses but i dont know who to speak to , no one in my circle knows either.
Cheers,
K
Hi @kiniadit,
From your description, I understand that you have two questions about Power BI license.
1.Actually, if your organization has purchased the Premium, you and your coworkers can view the report in the Premium capacity without Pro license.
2. Currently, if you want to purchase Power BI Pro for your organization ,you could subscription it through the Office 365 admin center.
Normally, people who could have access to Admin portal under the Setting in Power BI Service should be an admin account and the person who purchased your Office 365 business subscription, he/she should be the global administrator.
I suggest you could consult your IT department or have a contact to Office 365 support.
For further details about Power BI Pro license and Premiun , you could refer to this article.
