Power BI data export

We have a requirement to export data to an Excel, but there is a limitation of 150,000 rows.  I have seen an option by "DAX Query with Email/create file in Sharepoint" flow using Power automate. But looks like users need Admin access to the workspace. We need to provide export access to hundreds of people and we can not provide Admin access to all the users due to security reasons. We can not opt for DAX studio solution as end users needs to export the data. Is there any other way to overcome the limitation ?

Also to export the data, Is there a way to set a button/ or highlight the Export option instead of the "Select More options (...) in the upper-right corner of the visual, then choose Export data. " for better User experience.

Consider the alternatives - either "live connection" (which is actually a DAX query) where you can remove the 500K limit manually in the DAX, or "Analyze in Excel" where all the data stays in the dataset and your users can look at it through Excel pivot table connections.

As for your second question - If this is important to you please consider voting for an existing idea or raising a new one at https://ideas.fabric.microsoft.com/?forum=2d80fd4a-16cb-4189-896b-e0dac5e08b41
