Power BI Service renders colors wrong

Whenever I upload a report to Power BI desktop with certain colors picked out, the colors end up being different on Power BI service.
I have tried deleting the report on Power BI service and reuploading it, but it doesn't help.

Please assist.

I tried the latest version of power bi desktop but cannot reproduce the issue. Try to recreate the report.
