Hello, I need some help, unfortunately I do not know where the error is.
I created and published a report in the PowerBI Desktop software. If I call the report directly in the software, I can press the "Refresh button" and the data will be updated/refreseh. If I am in the web interface and would like to update/refresh there or schedule an update/refresh to the dataset, the OPTION is grayed out. This is due to the registration informations, which are not deposited. Unfortunately, this point is also disabled.
I have already tried everything, I can not enter it. A gateway is not installed - because the data is in the cloud. Also, did this always work before, or is there a software change that requires a gateway?
Would be great if someone can answer the question or help me.

Does this issue happen in power bi service or third-party app? If this issue happens in power bi service, check if admin has disabled the feature in tenant settings.
