I am trying to get my head around the Power BI licenses and their comparison.

Is there resource or link that shows me the different types of licenses and their comparisons in terms of features, dataset limitations etc.

The licencing is pretty straightforward once you take a look at it. My key takeaways are...

1. Everyone need some sort of licence to access Power BI content
2. "Free" licences can only access content on "Premium Capacity" Workspaces
3. "Premium Per User" is NOT the same as "Premium Capacity"

Bear these principles in mind and it should help.
