PPU usage

Hello folks!

Is there a way to see if the users who have been granted PPU license are actually using it? I mean, how can I see if those users are actually accessing contents in the service?

Thank you!👀

Hi @ROG ,

If you want to see the users who have been granted PPU license are actually using it, you can sign into Microsoft 365 admin center and click ”License”, in that page, you can find users who have PPU license.

Then, if you want to see if those users are actually accessing contents in the service, you can use API to export all reports and to check if the report user has PPU license.

The related information about how to use API , you can refer to this doc: Reports - Get Reports In Group - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Docs

Are you wanting something like this:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-access-usage

That'll show you who at least signed in, when, their IP address, location...etc...
