Hi All
I have a PBI App for my PBI Reports. I use the audience feature to restrict who sees what as som epeople can see more than others.
The one that you can below see which is Client View is open to the company. No restrictions.
I want to make this the default view for anyone who comes to my App?
What happens just now is that the view All is displayed; where as I want the client view to be default.
Do you know how this can be done?
See Fig 1
Thanks
Jimmy

Hi @jimmyg706 ,
Congrats you found a post that does explain that situation.
Here's one of my additions to those. Based on the screenshot you provided, if you can see the page ALL and the other audience pages, then you are a member of this WORKSPACE, and whatever permissions you have on the contents of this WORKSPACE you can see.
Below I will show you the different app interfaces from several scenarios:
1. you are a member of the workspace and only have the default page.
2. a member of the workspace but with several audience pages
3. is not a member of a workspace but is an audience page with authorized visitors.
To summarize, if you want to make the client view the default page and want to remove the all pages, first you need to make sure that the users of the app you want to make are not members of the workspace where the app is hosted, and then you need to go to the audience page you want to set as the default page to invite these users. Then when those users use it, it will only show them the page they are on as an audience member.
