One end user unable to acess report from Power BI O365 site. Gets a blank screen when trying to open

I have Power BI site in office 365 Sharepoint site running and working well however one end user gets a blank screen when trying to open a report within site.  Other users do not experience this issue and can open up file into Excel online or Excel itself without issue.

I would try to isolate the issue as User specific or computer specific.  Have this user log in on a computer/browser that works for sure for another user and see if that works and also have a user that your dashboard works for sign in on the computer of the users for whom the dashboard does not work and see what you can learn from that.
