I'm trying to get the data for the usage metrics report in my workspace. However, when I try the "Analyze in Excel" function, the file it gives me is empty, i.e. there's no data in the pivot table. (see below). Would appreciate your help. Thanks!
I also faced this problem and it is because I didn't enable external data connection (I know I was being stupid 😅).
After I press "Enable Content" button in the excel file to enable external data connection, the data shows up.
I know it's late but I hope it can help others.
Why can we not get a data table directly vs having to run a pivot? I am sure I am not alone in wanting to take these stats and combine them across multiple reports to get portfolio traffic reporting. This is a giant pain when you only provide a pivot.
Hi @paulodamian ,
When you use Export > Analyze in Excel.
That Excel has opened and you have an empty PivotTable, you can drag fields onto the Rows, Columns, Filters, and Values boxes and create custom views into your usage data.

Wish it is helpful for you!
