Some of the end users are getting an error when they try to open a report in powerbi.com
(No access to data source)
A lot of end users had this, but after a while the error just disappeared. For some however, the error doesn't disappear. Some might have access to a report, but only for some pages, and not for the other pages of that report. We have checked their account and everything, but couldn't find any reason why they might have this issue. Especially since they never had this issue before until 1 day all of us had that problem, only for the problem disappear just like that for most of us.
How can I solve this?

I have checked all those things already. The issue is occuring for more than a week now and we have tried everything, including reaching out to support. The chatbox is not very helpful for very specific problems and when I get redirected to submit a support ticket, I get a blank page.
