My published dashboard and pinned tiles are not updating daily when subscribed report is sent.

I have a published dataset/dashboard that is imported using direct query. 

I created the dashboard and pinned visualizations to it. Pinned visualizations include:

• Cards
• Bar chart
• Pie chart 
• Donut chart

None update when the daily subscription email is sent. 

I have seen forum posts similar to this but none that address my exact situation.

Hi  @dave24meyers ,

You can first check the refresh history to see if the data has been updated successfully. If the update is not successful, what is the error message.
