My data gateway is online but fails to refresh on daily basis

When I go to my dataset settings, it shows that my personal gateway is online, however, my daily refresh fails for each report https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/settings/datasets/92a3e4d9-a0fa-42c3-a6c2-265c6f1222e5. In the past, at least some of them refreshed okay but now they all fail on daily basis.

Would someone help to troubleshoot ?

You likely need to open a support ticket with https://support.powerbi.com. Can you post the error that you are getting? Might help but it likely involves a correlation id, which support can troubleshoot.

I'll try to reach out to them, I am getting same error for all my reports, it says my gateway is offline but it is not as you can see below(just taken now):

OK, obviously you first need to confirm that your gateway is running and logged on.

You can check this by going to your gateway computer and opening the application:

On-premises data gateway (personal mode).

In the Status tab, you should see "The gateway is online and ready to be used"

If that is not the case, that is your issue.

Assuming that it is online, there could potentially be some kind of firewall or proxy server blocking access to the gateway from the Power BI Service. That would be the next thing I would check.

Would you mind to share how to check the gateway?

"You can check this by going to your gateway computer and opening the application:

On-premises data gateway (personal mode)".

Well, on Windows 10, I go to Cortana (search) bar at the bottom of the screen and type "gateway" and the first option I have is that application.

Or, you can go to your start icon in the bottom left of the screen and scroll through your list of applications. It should show up under "O".
