Missing 'Item name' in Feature Usage and Adoption

In our 'Feature Usage and Adoption' report from PowerBI admin monitoring we have many records where the 'Item name' is empty. 

What could be the reason for this?

When the ‘Item name’ is empty in the ‘Feature Usage and Adoption’ report from PowerBI admin monitoring, it could be due to a deleted capacity, workspace, or item.
