Loss of all data on field that's changes the sales channel. Any ideas why?

HI All,

I have created a report and dashboard that is published to Power BI. It all works very well and is setup to diaplay sales and order info against a particular sales channel.

I am then taking this report and renaming it so I can use if for other sales channels. So using an exact duplicate I am ching the ID of the sales channel so as to select that channel. When I do this and refresh, all of the visuals become blank and i cannot fathom out why this would be.

Has anyone had a similar issue or know how to get around this?

@CraigBlackman Do you still have this problem? How are you changing ID of the sales channel, is it a filter ?
