Hi All,
We're in the process of switching to Power BI for all of our analytics dashboards. I have been able to download Power BI desktop and build a few dashboards to get started. I've also been able to upload them to Power BI Online so I can start sharing the dashboards with my coworkers
However, most of the people I've tried sharing the data with actually can't log into Power BI online.
When people try logging in, they are redirected to the Google Sign-on page (because we are using Gsuite). However, after entering our their email and password through the Google sign-on page, they get redirected back to the login page for app.powerbi.com. In some cases, using an incognito browser has seemed to work, but I'd prefer not to need to instruct our leadership team to use an incognito browser everythign they want to view analytics.
Does anyone have experience dealing with this? It's a bit of a bummer that we're having so much difficulty accessing our data, especially since we've been working on really getting a solid ETL pipeline into place!
Thanks,
Sam
How are you doing Google SSO with Power BI, AAD IdP federation? I haven't seen any official documentation about this, only other people struggling to get it going. There's thread that seems a bit more conclusive, in case you haven't seen it yet:
