Local database and web update

I don't know if this would be a silly problem, but I couldn't solve it myself, the situation is as follows, I have a database on a remote server, the database is configured and it is possible to access it using the credentials for internal access and external, on that same server I have installed the power bi gateway (personal mode), opening the desktop application I can access and view the tables without any problem, both on the remote server and outside, when I upload this .pbix to the online service I need to pass the credentials so that it can open the bank, and an error message appears that I will leave attached, if anyone has a solution for this I will be very grateful.
I thought of a solution but I believe that would not be the case, I use the credentials to access internally and not externally because my server would not recognize the ip and the external port from within the internal network, so I don't think the gateway needs the credentials external as it is installed on the same server that hosts the database.

Hi @Controller_CVL ,

Please try the following steps:

1. Restart the windows firewall service.

2. Reboot the problematic machine.

3. Restart the “TCP/IP stack”. Run CMD as administrator, type “netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt” to reset TCP/IP.

4. Try to temporarily disable antivirus.

Here are some resources that may help:

an attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions

Fix: An Attempt Was Made to Access a Socket in a Way Forbidden by its Access Permissions
