Live Connection Excel Export not available

Hi all,

I'm a developer and have a workspace (and app).  I try to use the new public preview of the live connect export to excel and the option is greyed out.  I have admin permissions to the workspace.  All of my users have pro and have viewer permissions to the workspace but have build permissions through the App.

What am I mssing?

Hi , @csaint001 

Based on your error description and screenshots provided, it seems the "Export to .xlsx live data" option is greyed out in your Power BI service "Export" data option, I think you may first check if you have met all the requirements for this feature as mentioned in the blog for this newly published preview feature:
