Is it possible to switch this to Database Server 2 in service gateway?

After a Power BI Desktop report is published to the service, the previously configured gateway maps to Database Server 1. Is it possible to switch this to Database Server 2 in service gateway? both 2 database servers and gateway buit in same server

You cannot switch servers in Power Query. What you can do - if your credentials allow it - is to switch between databases on the same server.

 

Gateway connections cannot be modified in the Gateway Management UI.  If your data source changes you need to start over and create a new connection.
