Hi @Claudio ,

I believe your issue arises when customers using business email with Power BI services are experiencing login issues on mobile devices prefixed with "live.com#".

This issue typically arises when trying to authenticate with an account that is not fully integrated or recognized in your organization's Azure Active Directory enterprise environment, especially if you are trying to access an enterprise service such as Power BI from a mobile device.

I think you first need to ensure that user accounts are properly configured and managed in Azure AD. This includes verifying that the account is labeled as personal or external. This is a good document to read: How to create or delete users in Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Learn If using SSO to access Power BI, make sure the configuration is set up correctly to allow access from mobile devices. Secondly you also need to ensure that the user is using the latest version of the Power BI mobile app. In addition, check for any specific settings on the mobile device that may interfere with logging in, such as proxy or VPN configurations that may prevent authentication.

Best Regards
