I uploaded a new report version and when I update the app I only see the old version in the app, while all the other users see the new one.
What is even stranger is that if I open the Report, the version is correct, but the App does not update only for me.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any ideas on how to solve it?
I already tried deleting all the cache on the browser in case that did anything.

Hi @MountainBI ,
According to my understanding and research of the function of Apps in Power BI, as long as your report is the latest version in the service, then the report you open in Apps will be the data obtained from the latest version of the data set, if the old version of the report is opened, then there is only one possibility, that is, there is a server-side or browser-side cache data, you can click Ctrl+F5 to clear the cache to refresh the browser and try to log in to the account again. Then open the report page inside Apps in the upper right corner of "Refresh" and check if the data is up to date.
If you still have problems, you can check this official document to see if you have encountered any limitations of the feature:
Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Hi,
we're facing the same problem: multiple reports are accessed via a Power BI app.
All users see the latest versions/updates of the reports in the app, except for two who keep on seeing an older version of some reports.
If they consult the report directly (i.e. not via the app, but via the specif report URL), they do see the latest version/data.
Cache issues have already been ruled out, since logging in with those specific user names on a different PC where it does work, shows exactly the same erratic behaviour for those two users.
None of the feature limitations mentioned in the previous response apply.
