I need to publish the workspace to all employees (consider a method without maintenance)

I need a workspace that all employees can publish.

As a viewer, you can register each user or register each department, but We are looking for a method that does not require maintenance work as much as possible.

As a suggestion, I'm wondering if I can register with a domain.

Is it possible to grant access privileges in the domain? If there are other methods, I would appreciate your advice.

Hi its not quite clear what you are asking.

Are you wanting to create a work space that all your employees can publish into? I dont quite undersarnd the comments about the domain. What maintenance are you expecting.
