Gateway refresh fails each day on one dataset but not the other

Very odd that datasets built from same data source and built on same desktop version don't refresh. The refresh for two of them fails each day but the most recent one I built is sucessful. I've looked at everything I can think of but no differences I can find. 

I continue to get the message below but the gateway is online and running. 

 

Power BI may have lost connectivity with the data gateway during this dataset refresh. Please make sure that the data gateway is up and running for the next scheduled refresh.

When I try to pull log files, I get message that the ODGLogs is unavailable but I don't know how to change where it tries to store the log files.

Hi @michael95677 

 

From what you have said it appears that it could be the gateway that is having issues with with connecting to the Power BI Service as well as with the ODGLogs.
