File does not publish from Desktop version

I have premium license. I am unable to publish my PBX file with file size of about 2 GB. Currently i refresh data manually from Desktop version, and after that i Publish it. But it never publish in first attempt while our Internet and network perform perfect . How the PowerBI professional team can help me for this issue. Can you plesae tell that how i can monitor the performance when I publish the file.

 As an alternative to publishing from Power BI Desktop, you can upload the report directly from PBI service like below:
