Date time changing after publishing the dashboard to server

HI,

I have this dashboard created having data from snowflake. The data is looking fine and the numbers are coming to be correct in the Power bi Desktop  and when it is freshly published to the service but once the Published dashboard is refreshed through the schedular on the service the numbers are changing.

I suspect that this is happening because of the  Power BI Service time zone being set differently.

Can i get some alternate solution on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, @Anonymous

According to your sample picture, I think you should first go to the data source (snowflake) to check if the data has changed. Because the data displayed in Power BI service can only be updated based on the data change of the data source.

Hi, @Anonymous

According to your description, I can’t understand clearly the problem you encountered, what do you mean by “once the Published dashboard is refreshed through the schedular on the service the numbers are changing.”? Do you mean by the number displayed in the report?

I think you can first if the data with the data source(snowflake) because the data displayed in the Power BI dashboard will be updated automatically after the dataset being updated.

Maybe you can post some sample data to show the change within your dashboard in service.

HI

So,  the  numbers i am seeing on power bi Desktop  are below with Current Month -Feb and Previous month as March and the numbers are exactly as i want.

Now , when i publish the report on the workspace , as the schedule refresh is done , the number are changing to below which is incorrect.

I want to know the reason why this is changing as soon as the refresh is done on server.

Thanks
