Data from Table Showing in BI Desktop but not showing in Power BI Service

I've tried deleteing the report and republished to no avail. I have a table visualization that is showing the values in power bi desktop and not showing them in the service. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure how this problem resolved itself. I deleted the Report in the service. Republished, and hours later, the behaviour stopped. I can't point to exactly what I did to resolve the issue.

@Anonymous

I have few queries on this, can you please share it.

1. Data Source

2. Connectivity Mode (Import/Direct Query/Live Connection)

3. Desktop version

4. please download the file from the service and open it in Desktop and check for the data, is still having data discrepency or not..

5. Gateway version

Note:- please always try to maintain the latest versions. (Desktop and Gateway).

Hi @Anonymous ,

Is there any security(RLS) setting you enabled to report? If this is a case, I'd like to suggest you turn off these filters to ensure if your records back.

In addition, you can try to update on power bi desktop side to see the latest records. Maybe some records who display on your visual side were already removed from your datasource.

Hi there

From the sounds of things it would possibly be that you have got some persistent filters set on your report.

Make sure you click on the "Reset to Default" button?
