Data Refresh

Is this possible to make schedule refresh report in my case.

I have Table T1 with PDF URL column, which is used to  invoke function with web Connect returns [Data Table],

Then I am dumping invoked data into MS Sql using Python using personal gateway.

yes,you can. You have to install the Python on Personal Gateway system and use personal gateway to schedule your refresh.

Thanks for replying, I build own solution by making two datasets.

First one dataset holds Invoke function with web Connect and Python which runs on Personal Gateway

Second Dataset  holds Direct Query to records Acitons by using Power App based on visualization which runs On Premises Gateway.(for Live Connection)

At the end I am making sequence refresh between them.

To be honest I have never tried this and I am not sure if it would work. Power BI is designed to consume data and not write data to other applications. You could maybe look at Power Apps for this, or Power Automate?
