We have an On-Premise Gateway cluster (GW and GW2) and I updated both servers to the lastest On-Premise Gateway. Yet, when I look at the versions (see below) the GW2 shows an older version and tells me it needs updating. I already successfully updated it, and if I attempt to reinstall the update, it tells me it's already on that version. Anyone else experience this issue?

That is "standard" behavior. The version on the service will only be updated when you log into the management app on the affected cluster member after the update.
You can ignore that if you want.
