I am trying to update an app in PowerBI service. It's an app I maintain/update monthly, sometimes more frequently. But today, I'm receiving the below error message when trying to update/publish to Service.

As it currently stands there is an issue with Azure AD, which is causing issues.

I'm trying to update an app, but it keeps processesing and never stops processing (withouth the update being done) .
Somehow a simular issue, but not an error message.

Thanks. Not sure if Azure is what was affecting my update as we don't directly utilize Azure. I ended up creating a new app, publishing to the new app, and deleting the old app. So far the new app has been operating just fine.
