Cannot Refresh some Dataflows at PBI Service / Connection works perfectly

Hi everyone!

While I was adding some new dataflows to PBI service via the on-premises data gateway from my local computer, I experienced a problem I wasn't able to solve so far: I cannot refresh two of these dataflows.

These problematic dataflows are identical to all the other dataflows I added.

I've done the following...

• checked and ensured that on-premises data gateway works as it should
• checked and ensured that there's a PBI service connection to the "file path" on my desktop
• accessed the problematic dataflows in PBI service and ensured that there's a connection

Moreover, I also deleted the dataflows and their corresponding connection in PBI service and tried it again. It still cannot be refreshed.

This is really strange because for all the other dataflows which are more or less identical, it worked perfectly well.

Has anyone had this problem before and knows how to fix it?

Some questions:

• Have these refreshed failed dataflows ever been refreshed successfully?
• Have you confirmed that the credentials and verification methods of the data source are correct?
• What is the error screenshoot of refreshing history?
