Hi guys, I need help to export a power bi.
Situation: I am owner "A" of the dashboard and I am trying to export a power bi by logging in with a user called "B". On my machine I can download it, but when I try to export from a VM logged in with user "B" both in windows and in PBI, it presents the error below.

There is a similar issue about this error. The user encountered it using PBI Dektop Sep 2020. Whay version do you use? Please try to update to the latest version of Power BI Desktop and republish the report to the Service.

The first question to confirm is, does the user have permissions to download this file? Or, was your report created ON Power Bi Service itself? If that is true, you can't export to a pbix.
