COM error: Microsoft.PowerBI.DataMovement.MashupContractConversion

When trying to refresh report in Power BI Service I receive the following error message:

COM error: Microsoft.PowerBI.DataMovement.MashupContractConversion, Value does not fall within the expected range.. A connection could not be made to the data source with the Name of '<id>'. The database operation was cancelled because of an earlier failure. Table: <query>.

The report executes request to SonarQube api (using Web.Contents). This request does not cause issues and is executed fine in PBI Service.
But then I add (in PBI Desktop)
document = Json.Document(Source)
line and publish the  report to PBI Service. And after this change refresh fails with aforementioned error.

At the same time in PB Desktop the report is refreshed without any errors.

Since this error message is not quite clear for me (which value does not fall within the expected range?) I would be grateful if anyone explain it to me or share some useful links.

Any help appeciated!

@KateMilantieva - Difficult to troubleshoot. You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
