Admin rights to all warkspaces at Premium Capacity

As Admin of Premium Capacity I don't access to all Workspaces at Premium Capacity.

Will plan to add rights for Capacity Admins to all Workspaces at Capacity.

I wasn't solved my problem because in my organization I'm not Power BI service administrator.

I'm only Capacity Administrator and for me this function is not allowed.

I think that as Capacity administrator I should can manage all workspaces at Capacity.

Sorry for misunderstanding of your problem before. You can create a new idea here to let Microsoft know.

And if a large number of people have such requirements, Power BI team may add it into future features.

Hi. Are you an Admin in Power Bi? the admin that has access to admin portal can check all the workspaces in the tenant and change the access to them.

There is an option inside the admin portal:

workspaces admin

Check that option out.

Hi, I'm Capacity Admin but in this option I can only check who is Workspace Admin. If someone removed me than I can't add myself back to Workspace admins.

Then you should contact the office 365 admin with power bi administration role to help you with this problem or ask them to add that permission to your user.
