Hello,
I have a table with adrdess fields. Addresses are in Hebrew.
I add a map visual to the report and drag the address field to the location bucket. I publish to Power BI Service.
Oddly enough, if my power bi language settings are English, the map visual identifies the address and shows them on the map.
If my power bi language settings are Hebrew, the service doesn't interprete the addresses (although they are in Hebrew!) and shows a map of the entire world.
Do you know on any solution for that?
Thanks,
Barak
Hi @barakb321 ,
You can do the following settings as I did.
Set Data category as city, state or Country.
I have tried translating into Hebrew but mine doesn't affect it. Can you share your pbix files that don't contain private data.
Best Regards

Hi,
The report is developed for a municipal authority so all records are in the same city. The addresses are "full address" (street name and number).
I tried to change category to "address", but it didn't help
Thank You,
Barak
