I have a set of individual datasets/workspaces/apps reporting on their individual areas.
I'd like to create a super workspace that takes each of the four datasets, so I can create a overall dashboard taking data from each individual workspace.
I can import the datatsets from the original pbix file into the super workspace, however if I make any changes to the original pbix file, I need to remember to publish to the original workspace and the new super workspace (I think), so the new changes will be seen in both workspaces.
Is there anyway that I can link the individual dataset/workspace to the super workspace, so I only need to remember to publish the pbix file once (to the original workspace) and so the super workspace will automatically update with the new chandes?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to implement in Power BI currently. You can post your new idea here https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas , to improve the Power BI.
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
Best Regards,
Amy
