PowerBI URL Filter not working in May 2020 product

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. I want to fiilter the report based on 'Name' field.

URL

http://localhost/reports/powerbi/foltername/reportname?$filter=TechPanelList/Name eq '<person name>'

Report Configuration (DataSource created in PowerBI Report <no space>)

Hi, @Anonymous 

The form is like this:  ?filter=<Table>/<Field> eq 'value'   , It don't need '<>'.
