Connect to Project Web App

We wrote Power BI reports against our Project Web App in cloud. It wasn't until we published these reports in our Power BI Server (Version 1.3.6801.38816/August 2018) that we discovered we could not schedule a refresh because the authentication method isn't supported.

In our Power BI Desktop report we chose Organizational Account to authenticate and everything worked great, including publishing this report to our PBI server. The only authentication methods supported on the Power BI Server are Anonymous, Windows Authentication, Basic Authentication, and Key Authentication. Our O365 administrator said the only accounts he can create and authorize are the organizational accounts.

My questions are

  1. Is there a way to get around this problem?
  2. Will Power BI Server support an authentication method which will allow us to connect to our Project Web App data in the cloud?

How did you connect to Project Web APP through PBI Server? can you elaborate that please?
