Unable to Connect to SQL Server

I am trying to connect to an internal SQL Server.  As suggested on other threads I found here, I have loaded SSMS on my machine and can successfully connect to the DB that way.  I have cleared out the connecton information in PowerBI and tried again.  Am just using Windows Authentication and getting Details: "An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'System.IO.FileLoadException'"

This is on a SQL Server 2008 R2 server.
