I have some sample data. In that, i just want to get week wise count of summary.
for example, below is my sample data (same has been attached in excel).
I have Project start Date. Using this we want to get week and the count of comments group by country.
Once we arrived the data as an output, when i click the row (highlighted in the output table), it should show the details of the summary list.

Step 1: Add two new columns to the original table
Step 2: Create a duplicate table and convert it to the output table above
Step 3: Create a relationship between the two tables
Step 4: Create a report page(details of the summary list) to filter items whose comments are not empty in the filter pane
Step 5: Add drill-through fields in page2(details of the summary list)
Result:
