Error: generating an assymetric key during re-installation On-premises data gateway (personal mode)

Hi,

I'm trying to re-install an On-premises data gateway (personal mode), however I get an error (more details, see below).

I believe the issue comes from some artifacts from my previous gateway.

Is there a way to completely remove/erase my previous data gateway configuration?

In app.powerbi.com > Manage gateways, I don't have any gateways.

Error generating an asymmetric key.
Key not valid for use in specified state.

@Anonymous,

Please go to control panel, uninstall personal mode gateway completely, reboot your machine and re-install the gateway.

If the issue still persists, please share gateway installer log which is located at C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Temp\On-premises_data_gateway_(personal_mode)_*.log.
