Dynamic calculation of sales per month

Hey everyone!

I'm quite new with BI and I hope you could help me.

I have the data of sales for different products in different location per day. I wanted to have the dynamic calculataion of the sales per product per location per month (ie the sum of sales of each separate product per location for each days of the each month).

I wanted to use the formula TOTALMTD, but at the end it didnt work:

"A single value for column 'Qty' cannot be determined. This can happen when a measure formula refers to a column that contains many values without specifying an aggregation such as min, max, count, or sum to get a single result"

Do you have any ideas how can I solve it? The data in the column Qty are the decimal numbers.
